Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or external factors outside of our control.

Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped.
